Rental Property

I can't believe how promising this is looking. It's like it is all meant to be. (I know, I know, don't count your chickens before they hatch.) But, one prospective tenant is coming tomorrow morning at 10 am and the other is coming on Tuesday at 4:30pm. The one coming tomorrow is really familiar with the area and lived on the street behind us for years. Her dad still lives there. I can't tell how old she is and she said, "We'll be there..." I don't know who the "we" includes. The other is a young woman and her fiance and miniature dachshund. We don't really have a pet policy... we are just taking it case by case. She specified in email that the dog is well-trained and I'm thinking it shouldn't be a problem. So far, I don't know which one I like better.
