I ordered my new camera with the poker winnings! I found a great deal for it at bestpricecameras.com: $449 with the lens. Can't wait to get it. Since it was almost $200 less than I expected to pay, I also ordered a heavy-duty memory card that came with a bonus card reader to plug into the computer. I'm happy!

K & B will be so proud: Last night, I learned how to play Texas Hold'em. I've known the basic rules of it and some other poker games for a long time, it's just that calling and raising thing that I never really understood. I was taught last night, and proceeded to win almost every hand, ending up with all of everyone's chips after a few hours. Apparently, I'm a natural. Too bad it wasn't real money. I have to go to sit 'n' go!
Very proud indeed! That's great. We'll have to get you over to the track soon. It's really such a fun game- there is an art to the betting and trying to read people that is so cool. We'll all have to head over to the Rock.
