Aunt RoseMary would like to get the word out on this great cause. She is currently working on getting the funds gathered for Papa and other Bennington, Vt area WWII veterans to take part in this. It is for Patriot Flight, a chapter of the Honor Flight program that flies WWII veterans to Washington D.C. to view the memorials. The round-trip flight and tour includes emergency medical equipment and professionals, wheelchairs and escorts on the flight and during the tours for safety. Furthermore, the veterans are given front of the line access to the memorials.

Nice idea! Papa will love it!
This is a really cool thing they're doing. Like Papa said, so many WWII veterans will probably never see the memorial since it was built so late in their lives.
