If you are doing a kitchen remodel anytime soon, I strongly recommend that you do not buy LG brand appliances. The house we are renting has brand-new, stainless-steel kitchen appliances by LG. I've had problems with both the oven and dishwasher. In fact, the dishwasher's electronic control board completely died (fortunately it is under a 5 year warranty). The repair person is coming today.
I do like their logo, though.

oh i am SOO happy that you posted this...because we were honestly looking at the LG fridge and washer and dryer...I will be doing much more research now! That Kara.
