After Christmas, we took the kids to Sesame Place in Pennsylvania for their annual A Very Furry Christmas opening. They loved it! We enjoyed the character dinner, where we were able to get up close and personal with Elmo, Bert, Ernie, Big Bird and Cookie Monster.

You can't tell in this picture, but the second from bottom strand of lights aren't working. They're only 2 years old. I thought they stopped making strands of lights that stop working when one bulb goes out back in '67 or something? Now I have to go bulb by bulb to find the culprit.

Fake greenery. This angle exaggerates the fact that Ben's stocking at the top, handmade by me, is a little on the small side. When I took them out of the box this year, Ben said, "Did mine grow any?"

Christmas Spectacular

We are going to see the Rockettes tomorrow! Ben's boss gave us free tickets to the Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Spectacular. Should be fun.

Christmas Countdown

Less than a week till Christmas and it is snowing (flurrying) again. My shopping is 99.7% done and I just mailed my Christmas cards today. Feeling good about life.
